Been spamming Beast Hunter Tryndamere for about 40 games now after grabbing it from a chest, and honestly this skin hits different than I expected. The primal aesthetic completely changes how playing Trynd feels, especially when you're split pushing late game and enemies see this savage warrior charging at them instead of the usual barbarian king.
The E spin animation feels cleaner compared to base skin, making it easier to judge the hitbox when diving through minion waves for trades. His ult transformation is probably the best part though, with those bone spikes erupting from his back and the roar that plays. During a baron fight yesterday, I popped ult at 10% HP and the enemy Jinx literally flashed away just from the visual alone before realizing I couldn't reach her. The Q heal has this satisfying blood effect that makes sustaining in lane feel more impactful. But the real difference is in his auto attacks which have a weightier feel with the bone club, making CS timing slightly easier once you adjust.
Compared to other Tryndamere skins like Highland or King, Beast Hunter actually provides better visual clarity on his fury bar with the glowing red effect. Is Beast Hunter Tryndamere worth it though? For 750 RP it's purely cosmetic with no actual advantage, but the animations are smooth enough that I'd pick it over Demonblade which costs way more. The skin aged surprisingly well for something from 2016, and while it won't make you suddenly pop off if you're tilted, it definitely makes the Tryndamere experience more engaging when you're already fed and running down the enemy backline.
