✨ Ranked Ready accounts restocked
Battle Professor Graves feels like playing a completely different champion once you get past the first few games with it. After 50 games grinding through Gold, I can confidently say this skin changes how you approach teamfights entirely.
The Q buckshot animation has this crisp academic effect that makes wall bounces way easier to predict. Where base Graves sometimes feels muddy when you're trying to line up those perfect dragon pit angles, Battle Professor gives you clean visual feedback that just clicks. His auto attacks have this satisfying chalk dust effect that somehow makes kiting feel more responsive. And the ult? That massive equation blast is probably the clearest indicator of where your damage is actually going compared to other Graves skins. During a baron steal attempt last night, I could perfectly track my R through three bodies because the projectile stands out so well against the purple pit.
Compared to Praetorian Graves which I mained forever, Battle Professor wins on clarity but loses some intimidation factor. The E dash has cleaner animation canceling which matters when you're trying to combo fast. Is Battle Professor Graves worth it though? For 1350 RP, you're getting genuine gameplay improvements disguised as a goofy professor theme. The skin isn't quite pay to win, but the visual clarity definitely helps in clustered fights where every pixel counts.
My experience with Battle Professor Graves convinced me to make it my main skin for ranked. If you're a Graves main who values clean visuals over raw aesthetics, this beats everything except maybe Sentinel. The academic theme might seem cringe at first, but once you start popping off with those equation blasts, you won't go back to base skin.
