Battle Lion Leona might be the most underrated skin in her entire collection, and I'm saying this as someone with probably 90% of her skins sitting in my inventory. After using it for around 70 games this month, I genuinely think people sleep on this one compared to other Leona skins because they assume it's just another 1350 RP cat theme.

The E animation feels way smoother than base Leona or even Solar Eclipse, making those quick engages in dragon fights feel more responsive. Last week I caught their fed Jinx completely off guard at baron pit because the Zenith Blade projectile blends better with river terrain than my usual Lunar Eclipse skin. Your W activation has this satisfying roar effect that actually helps me time the explosion better, and the ult drops with a lion head that's easier to track in messy teamfights. Solar Eclipse Leona still has the cleanest animations overall, but Battle Lion surprised me with how natural the combos flow together.

Is Battle Lion Leona worth it for support mains who already own Eclipse skins? Honestly yes, especially if you're tilted from the same visuals every game. The skin isn't pay to win since enemies can still dodge your stuff fine, but something about the lion aesthetic makes me play more aggressive in lane. My ADCs keep asking what skin it is because they rarely see it.
