Battle Bat Xayah

Been spamming Battle Bat Xayah for about 70 games now as a day-one buyer, and honestly this skin hits different than I expected. The whole vampire aesthetic works way better in practice than it looked in the preview, especially when you're fed and diving their backline at dragon fights.

The Q feathers have this purple trail that's actually cleaner than Star Guardian's, making it easier to track for those clutch root setups. Her E feels more responsive too, probably because the recall animation is less cluttered so you can see exactly when those feathers are gonna snap back. But what really sold me was using ult during a tower dive yesterday where their Jinx thought she had me. The bat transformation is so smooth that I could instantly reposition for the kill, and the darker effects made it harder for her to dodge my feathers coming out of stealth. Compared to other Xayah skins like Cosmic Dusk, this one just flows better in teamfights.

Is Battle Bat Xayah worth it though? For 1350 RP it's not exactly budget friendly, but after my experience with Battle Bat Xayah I'd say it's worth if you're a Xayah main. The skin isn't pay-to-win or anything, but those cleaner animations definitely help with combos. Star Guardian still has the best recall, and Brave Phoenix has that insane ult sound, but Battle Bat strikes the perfect balance between clarity and style.

If you're on the fence about should you buy Battle Bat Xayah, I'd say grab it next time it's in Your Shop. It's become my go-to for ranked, and that's saying something when you own most of her skins.
