Picked up Bad Santa Veigar from a chest last month and honestly wasn't expecting much since I'm more of a Final Boss guy. After about 55 games though, this skin's grown on me in ways I didn't anticipate. The Q feels way smoother than base Veigar, especially when you're stacking in lane. There's something about the candy cane projectile that makes last hitting feel more responsive, and the W has this satisfying snow explosion that's actually easier to track in teamfights than most of his other skins.

The real difference shows during those messy dragon fights where everyone's throwing abilities everywhere. Had this one game where we were behind and I managed to land a perfect cage around their fed ADC near baron pit. The Christmas lights on the E are bright enough that even with all the chaos, my team instantly saw the setup and collapsed. Compare that to Omega Squad where the cage sometimes gets lost in darker areas of the map. And that ult? The giant present box is probably the most tilting thing to die to, which makes it even better when you delete someone who's been trash talking all game.

Is Bad Santa Veigar worth it compared to other Veigar skins? For 975 RP it's not breaking the bank, and while it doesn't have the fancy evolving effects of Final Boss, the cleaner animations actually give you a slight edge. It's purely cosmetic advantage but those milliseconds of visual clarity add up when you're trying to pop off in ranked. If you main Veigar or play him regularly, grab it next time it's available. The festive tilt factor alone makes it worthwhile.
