After 55 games with AstroNautilus, I'm convinced this skin changes how you play the champion entirely. The Q hook feels noticeably smoother with the space anchor animation, and I swear the projectile looks thinner than it actually is, making enemies misjudge the hitbox constantly. Your W shield has this clean astronaut helmet effect that makes it super obvious when it's about to expire, something I always struggled with on base Nautilus.

The real game changer is during teamfights around dragon pit. Last night we were behind and needed a miracle steal, but the way AstroNautilus's ult travels with that rocket trail made it insanely easy to track who I'd already tagged. Base skin gets so messy in those situations. And when you're tower diving, the E slow field looks like moon craters which somehow makes it less threatening to enemies. They'll legit walk through it thinking it's just visual clutter, then get caught by the root. Probably the closest thing to pay-to-win I've experienced on support.

Compared to other Nautilus skins like Shan Hai Scrolls, AstroNautilus just feels more responsive overall. The auto attack animation is way less clunky, which matters when you're trying to proc your passive on multiple targets. Worth the 1350 RP if you're serious about climbing with Nautilus. My only complaint is the recall takes forever, but you'll be too fed to back anyway. Should you buy AstroNautilus? If you play him more than twice a week, absolutely. This skin will make you int less and pop off more, guaranteed.
