Astronaut Veigar

After putting in around 50 games with Astronaut Veigar, I'm honestly torn about whether this skin is worth the 1350 RP price. Coming from someone who usually rocks Final Boss, the space theme hits different but not always in ways you'd expect.

The Q feels way smoother to last hit with compared to base skin, and I swear the animation cancel on W is cleaner when you're trying to combo fast. His E cage has this subtle glow that makes it easier to see in river fights, which saved my ass during a dragon contest yesterday when their Yasuo tried to dash through. But here's where it gets weird. The ult projectile looks smaller than it actually is, which probably throws off enemies more than it should. I've landed so many clutch ults that looked like they'd miss, especially when the enemy ADC thinks they're safe behind minions.

Compared to other Veigar skins like Omega Squad, Astronaut feels less clunky overall. The auto attack animation is crisp enough that CSing feels natural even without AP early game. My only real gripe is the recall animation takes forever, but you're getting that NASA vibe so whatever. And while it's definitely not pay to win, that clearer hitbox on E gives you a tiny edge in messy teamfights where every pixel matters.

Is Astronaut Veigar worth it for mains? If you're grinding ranked and want every small advantage, grab it. The visual clarity alone makes those fed moments feel even better when you're deleting their carries. For casual players though, maybe wait for a sale unless you really love the space aesthetic.
