Arclight Yorick

After spamming 80 games with Arclight Yorick this month, I can finally give you guys my experience with Arclight Yorick that goes beyond the surface level holy aesthetic. This skin completely changes how the champion feels in crucial moments, and I'm probably one of the few who thinks it's actually worth the 1350 RP price.

The Q feels way more responsive compared to base skin, with a cleaner animation that makes last hitting under tower less of a nightmare. Your ghouls glow with this golden aura that makes them easier to track in messy teamfights, which saved me countless times when I needed to know if my boys were still up. The ult is where this skin really shines though. Maiden looks absolutely insane with her angelic design, but more importantly, her hitbox visibility is so much better than Pentakill Yorick where she just blends into everything. During a baron fight yesterday, I could perfectly track her position while she was tanking, letting me time my engage when the enemy Jinx got too close trying to focus her down.

But the W is what sold me on keeping this skin in my rotation. The wall appears with this bright flash that enemies actually respect more, and I swear people burn flash against it more often than with other skins. Maybe it's psychological, but I'll take every advantage I can get. Compared to other Yorick skins like Resistance or Undertaker, Arclight just feels smoother overall without being pay to win. It's purely cosmetic advantages through clarity, which honestly makes laning phase and late game splits way more enjoyable. If you're a Yorick main looking for something fresh, grab it next time it's in your shop.
