Alien Invader Heimerdinger

Bought this skin after a brutal losing streak where I needed something to lift my spirits, and honestly it's become my go to pick whenever I need to pop off. After about 55 games with Alien Invader Heimerdinger, I can confidently say it changes how the champion feels entirely compared to other Heimerdinger skins.

The turrets have this satisfying alien deployment animation that feels more responsive than base skin, and the W rockets actually seem clearer when you're trying to land them in messy teamfights. But what really sells it is the ult upgrade animations. When you drop that empowered turret during a dragon fight, the whole enemy team knows they're about to get melted by this massive alien cannon. I remember one game where we were behind and I set up three turrets in river bush, then dropped the ult turret when they funneled in. The visual alone probably tilted them because they just scattered and we got a free dragon.

Comparing it to Dragon Trainer which I used for ages, Alien Invader just feels cleaner overall. The auto attack animation is smoother which helps with CS, and the E grenade has better visibility in grass where Dragon Trainer's can get lost. It's purely cosmetic though, not pay to win or anything. Worth the 1820 RP? If you're a Heimer main absolutely, but casual players might find it a bit steep.
